A new Bible version, published by Darkness to Light ministry. It is right now in progress and undergoing many stages of production. The ALT adheres to a "literal" or "formal equivalence" method of translating, while "analyzing" details of the vocabulary and grammar of the Hebrew and Greek texts. In initial stages the New Testament will be based on the Textus Receptus. Later, conversion will be made to the Byzantine Majority Text.
